1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud or misuse.

2. Payments & Refunds (One-Time)

• No recurring plans. Cocoleech does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals. All purchases are one-time payments.
• Pricing & taxes. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes or processor fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
• Delivery. Access to paid features is granted immediately after a successful one-time payment is confirmed by the processor.
• What you purchase. A paid plan provides access to Cocoleech's premium link generator and debrid features for the duration of the plan selected at checkout.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. It applies to your initial eligible purchase; subsequent purchases do not restart the guarantee. Submit your request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase to [email protected], including your account email or username, purchase date, payment reference or receipt if available, and the reason for your request.
• Usage & eligibility. Activating access alone does not make a purchase ineligible. If the Service has been materially consumed or heavily used, we may consider actual usage and the circumstances of your request when determining eligibility, including whether to offer a partial refund or decline the request, to prevent abuse of the guarantee.
• Payment errors & technical problems. Verified duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded. Technical problems that we cannot reasonably resolve are eligible for refund consideration. Please email us with the relevant payment or issue details.
• Fraud & abuse. Refund requests involving fraud, abuse of the Service or chargeback process, violations of these Terms, or attempts to obtain substantial service and then reclaim payment may be excluded. Abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction to prevent abuse.
• Refund process. Approved refunds normally go to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and your bank.
• Consumer rights & full policy. Nothing in these refund terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The detailed eligibility rules and request process are available in our Refund Policy.

3. Fair Use & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright and trademark).
• Sharing your account, reselling access, or circumventing technical limits, rate limits, or quotas.
• Using automated scripts/bots without our written consent.
• Generating illegal content, or content you lack rights to access.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or connected networks.

4. Service Role & Third-Party Hosts

• Cocoleech acts solely as a gateway between you and third-party file hosts.
• We do not host, store, index, mirror, cache, or share any files or links—this is not possible within our system design.
• Content availability, legality, performance, captchas, daily limits, and speed are controlled by the original hosting provider, not by Cocoleech.
• Supported hosts and access tiers (e.g., “Premium only”) may change without notice and do not guarantee third-party uptime or capacity.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

• You must have the necessary rights to the content you access or transfer using the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process URLs/metadata solely to provide the Service.
• All Service software, branding, and materials are owned by Cocoleech or its licensors and protected by law.

6. Privacy & Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

• We may store minimal operational logs (e.g., timestamps, host used, status) to prevent abuse and improve reliability.
• We do not inspect file contents; however, host URLs and related metadata may be processed to fulfill your requests.

7. Security

• We implement commercially reasonable safeguards; however, no system is 100% secure.
• You are responsible for securing your devices and keeping your credentials confidential.

8. Availability & Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including integrations with specific file hosts) at any time.
• Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We strive to minimize disruption.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requests, or threats to Service integrity.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COCOLEECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COCOLEECH FOR THE SPECIFIC ONE-TIME TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cocoleech harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes (UK)

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
