Step-by-Step (iOS / iPadOS · IPsec)

  1. 1

Open SettingsGeneralVPN & Device ManagementVPNAdd VPN Configuration…

If you see “VPN” directly under Settings, you can go there and tap Add VPN Configuration…

  2. 2

Set Type to IPsec (Cisco). For Server, use a hostname from /vpn (e.g. vpn-ams.cocoleech.com).

  3. 3

Enter your Cocoleech Username and Password. Set Secret to .

Leave Group Name empty (if present). Tap Done or Save.

  4. 4

Turn on the VPN by toggling VPN to ON, or select your newly created profile and tap Connect.

Once connected, a VPN badge appears near the status indicators. All traffic can be routed via VPN depending on your profile.

  5. 5

If connection fails: verify server/credentials, ensure Type = IPsec and Secret = vpn, or try another region from /vpn.

Tip: You can confirm your public IP and location after connecting by visiting any “What is my IP” page—your region should match the VPN server you chose.
